I had the pleasure of sitting on a large table with him about 15 years ago at edinburgh fringe festival. This was when he was just starting to appear on channel 4 and what not. He got really pissed very quickly and was possibly the biggest nob I've ever met in my life... |

I don't mind him. Chefs are generally complete and utter cunts in the kitchen, it's pretty much part of the job description. A lot of it seems to be an act for the camera. He's built up a specific persona and he plays it every time. He seems like a decent sort from some of the cooking videos he's done at home with his family during various lockdowns. James Cordon can choke on his own tongue though. |

My sister works in TV and he known to be a first class prick.
Also everybody in TV including his wife/manager knew he was gay. The only reason he officially came out was because his teenage boyfriend who was the runner on This Morning was going to sell his story to the press. Quick ITV Hush money and Phil's brave coming out story followed.
If only ITV had backed up Caroline Flack in the same way...

Basically me and my girlfriend (now wife) and two friends got plonked on a big table with him and his small entourage. Corden and one of the others (an especially loathsome little hanger on) got absolutely bladdered after two drinks, were creepy to any female that moved nearby, loud and obnoxious to staff, heckled the acts constantly, tried to dance on the table when nobody else was, Started falling into people and the table constantly and that was all nothing compared to the big i am he was giving it, flashing the cash and making sure everybody knew he was famous. Honestly it was worse than I've typed it too. |
