First episode down, I enjoyed it. Particularly liked that the vault dweller is the same name I always give my first female playthrough character.

Yeah, very solid first episode.
I'm now wondering if I should've waited to watch it with my missus, who loves a post apocalyptic yarn. Kind of feels like it'd be enjoyable even for someone who's not geeking out over how much they've nailed the look of everything (apart from the vault door, which looked like a bit of foam)

Watched the first two, enjoyed, but not the sugar bomb I thought it would be. A little disjointed. Will finish though. I like how Stimpaks fix everything  |

It's a very fun watch, I binged the lot, I think they nailed it overall with a few very minor gripes, leaned into the madness of it all really well.
That said there are going to be some fans throwing a complete shit fit after seeing it all. Wonder if No Mutants Allowed still exists, they will apoplectic.

Just go into it with the intention of enjoying some of the silliness and don't take it too seriously and you should enjoy it. I've only finished episode 4 and I'm liking it a lot as it's my favourite game series but I can see why some people won't, regardless of whether they've played the games or not. Anything you need to know about the world and stuff so far has been explained fine, like you wouldn't get lost.

Second episode finished, better than the first one. Shame to hear it gets messy later on. But at this point I'll probably watch until the end. It seems later episodes are shorter too.

I've now watched the first two episodes, enjoyed them both, but I did kinda fixate in an annoyed manner on why a show with so much money behind it would clearly copy and paste the same T-60 suit four times in one shot judging by the placement of that smudge on the torso plate.

Done, and it's a very strange mix of satire, silly, and social commentary, with all the aforementioned nods, REFERENCES and daft things referring to gameplay I didn't expect - light spoiler* the squire "caddies" with a realistic inventory bag, instant stimpacks, and the "you're shot, oh happens all the time" . The drama is all a bit limp, but the comedy is just right in tone, and I especially loved the intial pedestal the BoS shiny boys are placed on, only to see their true selves revealed. And it's just about the perfect mix, expected nothing, much enjoyment and binged in two, four hour chunks this morning and evening. Left wanting more, and that's a rare thing, but I definitely want F6 with a Goggins voiced companion now. So, final spoilers: Could've sworn Daddy MacLean was almost Bruce Campbell initially, and didn't find out until the young reveal, I needed a shot of Betty looking in at a now occupied freezer, I'm guessing Maldovar had one of her own via her buyout, didn't really talk too much about her past/Flame Mother moniker (older game reference ?) and that tease, that bloody tease at the end was so fun. It's daft, but knowingly so. I had fun. |

I thought some of the "reveals" were a bit meh (and one of them beggared belief), but overall I enjoyed the series. Well up for more of it.

Where is characters falling through the map and quests that are broken eg Lucy can't leave the vault because the vault door will not open? 
Finished ep 4 now and the show looks like how big budget tv show should (although the bit shown in the trailers and in ep 2 of the power armour jump looked a bit naff still). I do think it parts it could be written better as it makes characters do dumb things to progress the story
Lucy is such a great character, the actress has nailed the trusting, must be a good person but quite naive due to her vault life.
