It does feel like with the current momentum Trump is going to win. Be interested to see how that validates his policy decisions. Feels like the moderates that tempered his previous presidency are going to be steam rolled. Fuck China and Build a Wall. I think if Trump is the one to beat then it’s good news for Democrats. Trump won’t be picking up voters that didn’t vote for him last time. Democrats will come out just to stop Trump regardless of what they think about Biden, and if that occurs then the result will be the same, maybe with a bigger margin. Also in the last 4 years a lot of older voters will have died and I have to believe that that is a good thing for keeping the fat thck poisonous dangerous cunt out. |

Also don't forget Trump has some idiot coke addicted sons of his own that like to get in the political limelight. So Trump senior might not be able to run any more but think Trump voters would be all too happy to have a nice Dynasty going for the next decade or so During his term it always felt like it was Ivanka that was being positioned as a future leader. She seems to have distanced herself from him now. |

On the one hand that all makes sense. On the other hand sense doesn't seem to apply anymore. I certainly hope the less insane Americans will remember what letting Trump win cost them with stuff like Roe v. Wade, that it wasn't a wide margin in 2020, and that the fucker openly tried to subvert democracy. But I'm not convinced about anything and the Democrats and their voters seem to have a bottomless supply of fecklessness. |

Up until a little while ago, 75% of polled Democrats didn't think Trump would be the GOP nominee. So now that he basically is, the Biden campaign probably hopes (not without justification) that their voters will pull their finger out and take this seriously.

The democrats are feckless. Stuff like overturning Roe Vs Wade isn't popular. Both parties are kind of useless but the election will be on which of them is closer to your median voter in the end.
The whole place is fucked though. Even if you win if you can't actually be fucked rallying against Trump something is deeply wrong. They probably will win but the rot remains. Sort of like the UK and aristocrats still lurking around mildewing the place up.

He'll still have to hand over the money for the appeals process, where it will be held in a holding account until a verdict on the appeal is reached. If he doesn't have the money, then collateral to the value will do.
Trump Park Avenue was valued at $84 million, so that would just about cover it.

His inability to shut the fuck up remains amazing to me. All he had to do to avoid the $85m ruling, was to shut the fuck up. That's it!
It's not even clear to me that mouthing off about it helps him politically. His base will be riled up no matter what, but he's just Streisand Effected a story about him sexually assaulting someone into the consciousness of everyone else.
