Did Pedro have some scheduling issue* or something, and that's why Boba had four filler episodes, and now were just into Mando S3 ? The whole thing has just been a bizzare experience all round, especially with all the callbacks now.
I can already imagine the YT reaction vids losing their shit over that character introduction.
Edit: *actually, would this be around the time he wasn't happy - helmetgate, and they weren't sure if he would be contracted ? Seems likely.

I don’t mind as it’s much better now but the first 4 episodes were a lot of wasted time, squeeze that into a couple of episodes or spread over a season of mando with the tiller removed.

lol another good epsidoe to back up last weeks but I really want to know what they were thinking or why the season is like what it is.
I probably should and try and finish watching the clone wars. Think I got to series 4 but got a little bored by it.

I need a 2 or 3 hour edit of the clone wars series. There’s no way I’m watching hundreds of episodes of that now but it would be nice to have a rough idea what happened in it.

Enjoyed that. I didn't expect it to go where it did at all and it's nice to see that hiring they did seems to have improved appearances.
No idea who the guy towards the end was, but I'd have done anything he said I think.

Yea good episode that - best so far. I was impressed with whatshisname CGI/whatever it is. It certainly had lots of bits and bobs going on - with Mando being the thread but all were interesting in their own right. Such a class series - well the Mando bits I mean.

I'm hoping that Cobb survived as it looked like someone was trying to stem the flow of blood when they gathered around him. It also made a point of clearly showing the deputy getting shot to bits so I'm hoping that contrast was deliberate. Timothy Olyphant is brilliant so I'd be a bit gutted if that was the last we saw of him . |

I think Cobb survived. They were pressing a pad on his wound. You wouldn't do that to a dead person.
I think Grogu will choose the armour and that will lead to Luke taking him back (maybe with Ahsoka) and maybe turning up just in time to turn the tide like Luke did in S2. Cue a "I'm always saving you" quip. Not sure if they will have the time to do all that in a single episode, but it would be cool. I assume Bane will live to fight another series. He's too tough to just be killed in an episode.

Yeah no way he is going anywhere just now, if they kill him off that would be a poor decision although there is a canonical basis for that.
I really hope the final episode is movie length but that is just wishful thinking.
