That was my thinking. Sex = Gender. Hence the ruling on it being predominantly a male issue and therefore something that is discriminatory based on a condition classed as such.
I do agree that it shouldn't be able to diminish the term "sexual harrassment", but I can understand being labelled as such.

I stand corrected if that's the legal definition in the UK, when following discussions about this online that was probably mostly in a US context and from how I understood it at least, it refers to the unwanted advance/assault thing. And this case would probably be talking about discrimination or something rather than sexual harrassment, but I could be wrong. In Germany this is generally not a thing because we don't use the word "sex" in the male/female sense, which may have informed my understanding of these terms.
I'm still no friend of lumping together a case like this with the more common thing usually called sexual harrassment, but if that's the legal definition I take back that point.

Well, like everything there's layers isn't there. Not if you're bald.

Even as someone from the UK, it didn't make much sense as that isn't what I would think sexual harassment is referring to in general conversation. I only thought to look it up as the quotes from the panel all referred to sex in terms of gender. I agree with you though; I think it should be classified as something separate. This doesn't feel like it should be in the same category as a woman getting her arsed pinched or getting regularly sent creepy messages. To class it as some sort of gender discrimination seems reasonable though.

It's a bad decision. Sexual harassment is definitely different from gender discrimination and calling someone a bald cunt is neither. It's just common or garden harassment.

It's definitely wrong to comment on a co-worker's bush Christ, that reminds me, the other week there was the longest pube I've ever seen on one of the work urinals. That thing was literally four inches long. Probably five if you straightened it out.

Finally got sick of my thinning hair and buzzed it off. Still stubble left, and despite initial reluctance/worry I feel much better for it. I still had a bit of coverage at the top of my head, but it was annoying me. The barbers would barely trim that hair, then on a windy day it would fly up and feel (and probably look) ridiculous. I have a thick beard and the combination looks good I think. Made a mistake at one section on the back and have a line that's shorter, but doesn't bother me. Did the sides shorter than the top, and am happy with it. my wife hasn't seen it yet!

The boy burst out crying and the wife screamed and tried to call the police.

They're back, and my wife actually liked it. I know her a while and I believe her.
Which is a relief. My boys had no reaction (despite my 4 year old saying he could see my brain whenever he could see my bald spot).
Happy days.

My hair has been thinning at the crown for years now, think it's at the point where the only option would be implants or buzzing it all off.
It's more annoying that I have decent hair at the front and I've lately been letting that be longer as my hair goes wavy longer and I like that...but hard to try and grow our hair and have a big old noticeable spot at the back.
I keep threatening to buzz it off and keep the beard but the wife is not keen at all (I have a round face so it might not be ideal). Otherwise I am contemplating a trip to Turkey for implantation (know a guy who had it done and eight months later his hair looks amazing).
