Most people that say learn to live with it actually mean learn to ignore it and if that means people will die then so be it. They generally mean that the economy and doing what they like is more important to them. That message can only change with a competent and well respected government pushing it. Absolutely. If an individual has to live with diabetes or HIV or whatever, they have to take measures to keep it in check. But for some reason that doesn't apply to a wider population. |

Admittedly, it's mostly old people (older than me, anyway) here.

Joined the statistics (again). Tested positive (LFT) on Thursday, got a PCR done at a walk in test centre yesterday, positive result back this morning.
Double vaxxed as of May, had it for the first time March 2020.
Bleh. Rough couple of days, but feeling a bit better today.
