The McCrispy and McSpicy are both decent if you get them fresh from the restaurant. About to have a lukewarm McRib delivered. Will update. Can you take a picture, I've yet to see one in the wild. |

So it’s a roughly oblong patty of pressed pork mince. Very soft with a slightly crisped outer. The sauce is nice. The bun is one of those very soft corn topped ones that doesn’t have much structural integrity.
What this needed was lettuce but instead you get loads of onion, which I hate, and gherkins, which don’t belong on a pork burger.
The taste is alright. The patty is far too big for the bun. Dog liked it.
McRib - it’s a 5 for me. The whole meal was a bit shite as we got it delivered and it was both lukewarm and the fries were basically unseasoned.
Chicken nugget chaser with a sweet curry sauce was the best part of this.
If you absolutely have to jump on the hype/nostalgia train and don’t mind a bit of meh, one will get it out of your system, otherwise put the money towards a better burger or a Tesco meal deal.
It was better than the Rustlers equivalent.

I don't think I've ever had a good McDonald's delivered.. ever. It is always as you say.. a bit lukewarm. Whereas the local curry house is always piping hot and lovely.

Kingribs from the chipper always promised so much, yet delivered so little, i imagine putting one in a bun doesn't improve the situation much. |

Honestly can't believe anyone gets McDonald's and similar delivered. I don't mind it every now and then on premise when it's actually hot and somewhat crispy (where appropriate) but surely it's all just a horrendous lukewarm soggy mess by the time it's got to your house?

Had a Big Mac for lunch, in the restaurant. Was piping hot fresh, with plenty of lettuce. Probably as good as a Big Mac gets TBH.
McRib not available here.

I think McDonald's in the actual restaurant, or car are the only options.
We've got a Wimpy near us and that has been a game changer for bringing home actual decent burgers. Problem is the parking is horrendous.

Dickey’s BBQ on the other hand though… god tier fast food.

Pizza Hut delivered last night, a "treat" for the eldest. Pizzas were pretty good, hot and spicy. Sides not so great. Floppy fries and four depressing baguette style garlic bread slices. I had to jazz them up in the oven.

I haven't had Pizza Hut in ages moreso that I haven't seen a local one for an age, it's either Dominos or some local chicken shop that sells greasy pizza. Is the sauce still garbage at Pizza Hut?
