Flamingoland in the very early 90's was fucking awful. Inedible & disgusting. An impressive achievement. And i was a teenager ffs, i could have eaten any old shite when i was hungry. Flamingoland is just the strangest place. Some amazing rides, but most would break down in the first half of the day and never be fixed. But hey - they had plenty of angry animals to look at.

Had a Popeye's spicy chicken sandwich last week. Was alright I guess - the batter was too thick for my liking though and had a crunchy powdery like feel to it. Fries were nice. Wouldn't be in a rush to get another.

Haven't tried the spicy, but regular Popeye's is just bland.

A McDonalds sausage and pancake meal with syrup and an orange drink when you're hungover is the best thing in the world.

McDonald’s are doing the McRib again from the 16th.
I think it’s probably one of those things where you kinda want it more because you can’t have it, then when you do have it it’s actually pretty rank.. Like anal.

I will absolutely be having a McRib on the day but it is definitely one of those foods that tastes better in the memory than in the mouth. See also, anything by KfC or Chicken Cottage.

Bit early in the day for comments about earning your brown wings, but on the subject of the McRib, I cannot imagine there's much difference between that and a Rustlers rib sandwich that you can get any day of the week.

I've never had a McRib. Now I want to try it. Or anal. Whichever one is worse.

Blue Lucozade.
Rank. Tastes so artificial I’m not sure the liquid component is even water-based. I wouldn’t be surprised if my heart was coming a step closer to exploding with every sip.

Had a Philly Cheese Stack tonight for the second time in this run. I think it may come off the menu for the McRustlers tomorrow.
Anyway I customised it to take the slimy grilled onion off. It already has a layer of the crispy onion croutons so it’s a bit much but this really improved it.
The patties are definitely a step up in beefal/equine quality from a quarter pounder and definitely from a Big Mac (which I’m sure is just the same patty as the ham/cheeseburger).
I quite enjoyed this tonight and got cheese sauce in my beard - bonus - pudding!
8/10.

I'd have thought all the burgers are interchangeable, apart from the quarter pounder ones.

I quite liked the Philly cheese stack too, it’s definitely top tier McDonald’s.
The chicken Big Mac is genuinely one of the worst burgers I’ve ever tasted.

The chicken Big Mac is just a failure on every level. I’m surprised they had the gall to rerelease it.

McRib - 4/10. Kind of retro but not in a good way. There are better things for the money

The McCrispy and McSpicy are both decent if you get them fresh from the restaurant.
About to have a lukewarm McRib delivered. Will update.
