I sliced the back of my thumb open on a miniscule shard of cup that my partner helpfully left near the sink instead of the bin. Luckily I managed to find where the plasters were eventually and haven't bled out. A cup of tea also helped aid with the pain.

Haven't tried pouring tea over a cut before. Glad to know it works.

Ran out of tea bags and had to corner shop for replacements. Now drinking Tetley. It looks like tea but a bit greyer and tastes like disappointment. Not feeling brave this morning.

I bought a catering bag of Yorkshire tea to avoid such a thing. It might take me a year to get through it, but that's ok.

Ewww... Tetley!
My missus came home with one of those catering bags once as a joke about how much tea I drink when WFH. Smashed through it in no time!

Agreed. Twinings is for the weak. It's better than PG and Tetley but not by much.

Tea is gross. Well, unless it's peppermint or camomile.

Love tea but I've had to switch to rooibos as my teeth were getting so stained.
I've grown to appreciate it but I always feign disappointment when rooibos isn't available at a cafe and I *have* to have a normal tea.

Dear User Ulythium , Please find attached your official letter of excommunication. Yours, etc
But I'm a bona fide coffee wanker! Does that count for nothing?
Also, I think someone should do a wellness check on Cubby - he seems to be undergoing some sort of identity crisis, and I'm worried about him.

My hot drink hierarchy:
Tea at home, unless WFH (see below). Coffee at work, never tea. Tea after dinner.

I mean, you guys have your own thread. In the church of tea you are a pilgrim in an... Oh, I can't keep it up. I like coffee, too. Proper coffee, mind. Actually, in the context of the thread, in the last seven days or so, I have had two of the worst hot drinks ever. First, I had a black Americano (this is the way) at Greggs. It was... not good, in a sort of hot, brown water sort of a way. Then, having run out of my usual teabags (an excommunication offence in itself, tbh) I tried one from the other box, only to discover on drinking it that it was two years out of date. It wasn't very pleasant. Sigh. I bore up though.

Not just an uncle. I can't help wondering what he must look like. If he's got sis's smile, my eyes, how many fingers
