I don't think they've stopped attacks, maybe they've diverted them all to me because I'm getting attacked more than I've ever been.

I've been playing this because not much else to play and enjoying it. Bounced off it hard the first time around but enjoying the slow roaming around and settlement building .. except for the fact they NEVER get attacked now. I've created some beefy fortifications and I remember them being ransacked every five minutes before but I've not had anything in coming on 25 hours. Did they stop attacks? Want some super mutants to run through my saw blade traps. iI think if your security value is more than double the food and water value, then attacks rarely happen. Raiders want to attack camps with more resources and less security, unfortunately I have a very low bar when it comes to accepting intelligence levels of AI in videogames, but if you're suggesting for a second that the super mutants and psycho raiders who can't even plot a basic pathway are capable of working out if I've hidden a forest of razorgrain inside the castle then my bar has been met! Thanks though, that makes sense as I've got about 8 saw traps and 14 turrets aimed at the perfect chokepoint I've created hoping for a meat grinding party 😔. Didn't for a second imagine Bethesda would have bothered actually trying to give their AI some intelligence. That reminds me though that I haven't planted any grenades in pockets yet...

I'm in no way suggesting they appraised your defences and decided to leave you alone, it's something that's mentioned a lot in guides to building settlements, which I was looking at when I started playing again when the series came out. It's just a number that determines the likelihood of raider attacks. The below is the first of many sites that mention it. Apologies for the untidy link, on mobile: gaming.stackexchange.com/questions/243731/what-is-the-best-way-to-defend-settlements

No I know, I was making fun of the mere idea of any intelligence in the AI, fake or otherwise. They're stupidity is half the fun of playing and I had hoped they would be lining up to run through my corridor of saw blades and lasers... I will give planting an actual forest of razorgrain a go to see if I can entice them in with a number.
Come to think of it, someone inside the castle was moaning that they didn't have enough food. I may need to reconsider my settlement building priorities in general.

Wonder how this is going to work. Just a straight up "download from here" option on GOG, and then hopefully it has it's own installer that'll play well with the Steam version?

Started Far Harbour and reminds me of point lookout dlc. I feel like they could of done lot more with the island as its lot of radioactive fog and familiar locations. The quest where you solve a murder mystery in the vault of robots could of been great like Poirot mystery but its half arsed, your character is really cheesy in the acting
Up to the fucking awful inside the computer puzzles where you guide like green code bugs, using the fallout build screen and no one in fallout game wants to play this. some dimwit game dev thought this was a good idea. I had no idea this is was in the game

I had no idea this is was in the game If you're playing on PC, you can use console commands to skip it, by using setstage a few times iirc. It's what I always did after the first one or two times.

playing on xbox, so no console commands
got past it now, the last one is truly awful as you have to know you are doing from the start and its long
Completed the DLC now and overall its good (not including the VR memory puzzle crap, just put in by some arsehat prick of a dev(s) to pad out the the DLC) Its good you can decide who to side with, they should of focused on what faction to work with more on this dlc eg work to undermine one side

Did the first mission of nuka-world and not a good first mission, reminds of a mission from The Pitt DLC from 3. The boss was damage sponge even using the special weapon to lower his shield. I expect it be kill all raiders or make them work for you.
I watched retrospective of witcher 3 and even unmodded the game looks good for 9 year old game, F4 was out in the same year and you could tell someone F4 was made in 2010 and they would believe you. After the bland mess that was starfield (that was very long time in development), I do think MS need to give the next fallout game to a new studio, wasteland 3 is great game (it crashed a lot at launch and bit after that but now fixed) but they could do "fallout tactics 2" or the next numbered game. Its a great RPG and MS own the devs although the devs are co-working on a different game right now
