Big Red One had an amazing campaign.

I thought it was Big Red one too but it only seems to have online multiplayer in it (just checked on my brother in law's PS2).

CoD2 had a basic multiplayer too didn't it? Or am i misremembering? I think it was more basic and CoD3 was more run about like it became in the original MW era.

I'm wondering if it's maybe a Medal of honour game I'm thinking about, but it definitely had local split screen multiplayer. I can't seem to find anything to suggest the CoD games on PS2 had it.
Speaking of CoD 3, I had a lot of fun with that on the 360. Good memories playing with a buddy on the Poisson map in particular. Capture the flag using the bike with sidecar was a such a laugh.

Does anyone know/remember a film or TV programme where someone walks into a building (maybe shed, maybe at night) and a giant ceiling spanning spider drops down on their head?
I don't know if it was real or a dream I had but the image has always stuck in my head

You're the worst AA
It might be Arachnophobia (movie) but I haven't seen it in a very long time. I vaguely remember a horrible attic scene.

None of the spiders in Arachnophobia are that large.

All I can think of with spiders of that magnitude is 8 Legged Freaks.
I love that movie. What's not to like about a tank-sized tarantula?

'Enemy' with Jake Gyllenhall also has a giant spider. Haven't seen it though so can't confirm a dropping-from-ceiling scene

Are you sure it's not Resident Evil? I was just thinking about that but I'm sure it was on TV
LegendaryApe It's much older than that. Would have been when I was a kid
Danno Definitely not that as I've watched it in the past to see if it was

m.imdb.com/title/tt0073043/?ref_=ext_shr_lnkThe Giant Spider Invasion. Watch the trailer There is another I can never remember the name of, not called The Ants of Harewood Manor but something similar. Someone tries to jump out of a window into a swimming pool but misses the pool iirc.

Either way it's getting a watch

Font Geekers who have soft water in their pipes (fnar fnar) or anyone with some decent plumbing knowledge...is there a way to add a filter to a shower head that turns soft water into hard water?
I believe you can get some kind of filter for your water system (though seems pricey) but I'm not sure if an easier or cheaper way. Reason being is that Mrs CK is a hard water native and she cannot get on with the Devonshire soft water (makes her hair frizzy) and I'm trying to find some solutions.

Throw in a handful of chalk with the shampoo when washing her hair?

Never heard of anyone wanting harder water...
Apparently using Epsom salts works?
Otherwise just try a different conditioner.

Anyone ever been in a sensory deprivation tank, and if so, was it an experience you'd recommend?
