Yep, like I said they've been a solid place to preorder for me in the past. Especially as they're pretty much always under £40 for new Switch games.
Popped mine in and updated it and put the switch and pro controller on charge ready for later.

Really shouldn't have bothered doing delivery from CEX and picked it up in store, as seems to have 3-5 business day delivery time. Likely won't get XC 2 until end of next week.
Have Astral Chain to keep me entertained until it arrives. Have to say, it really is excellent (even though I'm terrible at it).

Yeah, seems like you won't miss much just jumping straight into 3. I'm picking up 2 first more because of mechanics. Sounds like they have made big improvements with the combat, so I expect I will find it harder going back to the 2nd game if I play 3 first.

This is where I'm at - 2 kept making me feel stupid by not remembering all those damn details in the combat. Only 2-3 hours in and I feel like I understand everything that's been presented so far. |

Been watching some xenoblade catch ups as this is my first one and the story seems insane haha. Glad I watched, good to have a rough idea of what occurred before

And to think, we had to petition Nintendo for the original to even get an international release! Now Xenoblade is a household name and Monolith Soft are working on effin' Legend of Zelda of all franchises! Pretty damn impressive  |
