Experimented with slow cooker confit duck leg. Didn't expect it to turn out as well as it did for something so ridiculously easy, so I didn't bother making any kind of sauce... Got a spare one to do tonight so I'll try some kind of quick pan sauce. Maybe orangey...

Wasn't sure whether I was going to like these...
Needn't have worried though, they were quite nice. The ginger kind of overpowers everything else to the point I couldn't really taste or smell any garlic, but I will definitely have them again.
