Anyone watching Germany vs England? Quite a good game so far Phillips went off injured after 15 minutes

That closeup of the German player's chest was a bit weird.

The argument "Maguire/Pickford have never let England down" has to die. Both have been sub par at best.

The argument "Maguire/Pickford have never let England down" has to die. Both have been sub par at best. They have both been terrible today. But England aren’t losing and only when the shite play converts to a lot of losses do the plebs take note. That’s how Maguire got away with for a year and a half at United. They also couldn’t keep scapegoating lindelof.

Phillips broken all season. 10 minutes and he’s broken again. FFS.

Phillips broken all season. 10 minutes and he’s broken again. FFS. Can’t believe Leeds let him play to be honest Out of necessity really. Kalvin at 70% is still by far the best centre mid we have. We were a goal from going down until the 94th minute on the last day. If we’d been safe with three games to spare I strongly suspect he wouldn’t have played this season. Edit: you meant play for England. Not sure we have much choice. He’s a pro, if he’s selected he’ll want to play. By playing him at the back end of the season we effectively declared him fit.

Lads we need a goal, let's get 9 men behind the ball and hoof it up to Kane.

I’m not an England fan so don’t watch them much, but is Pickfords distribution always this bad?

England players do look like they could do with a long holiday. Not a huge amount of intensity tbh.

Germany have been better but we’ve had chances. England have looked a bit knackered last couple of matches.

Not sure about that decision. The contact was nailed on, but I think he was offside when the pass was played to him anyway

Deffo pen if it wasn’t clearly offside. Never in doubt with Harry though once it’s given.
