Totally agree with the above - we averaged one lost regular per month between January and April inclusive, and that's a bummer in my view.
Just to accentuate the positive, I'm very glad indeed that the rest of you wonderful bastards are still here.
Oh, and NOBODY ELSE GETS TO LEAVE.

Gremmi got a bit sick of her five point plan for shitting up every game thread and banned her:
1) This game is easy, I'm further through it than you
2) This game is now too hard, it sucks
3) This game is now easy again and I've finished it faster than you
4) This game sucks
5) I've just finished the game three times with one of my many children before you could finish it once
I mean, it is what it is. I don't agree with 90% of the bannings he has handed out and if people made new accounts, I would approve most of them (bar ecosse) but I suspect most people have moved on with their lives. If not, yeah, just make a new account. Its not that big of a deal.

I hope not. It is strange just to stop suddenly like that and not reappear since though. I mean, it does happen but there's normally a bit of an indicator first. I genuinely hope he's okay and it IS down to him just thinking he couldn't be arsed with the place any more.

I remember a guy called SithLord Vijay on the old place forums; was on my steam friends list. He completely disappeared almost 10 years ago, went offline on Steam and the forum and never came back.

It says, in English, in Very clear letters under the online price, "note, this doesn't include vat or store protect" as we don't fucking know what they're storing so the protection may bump it up quite a bit. Did he read that? Yes. Whys he ranting then and personally slagging me off? Dunno. Cunt? |

Any job with customer service always has this danger. And the reality is they are just exhibiting toddler tantrum behaviour because they think if they upset you enough they will get their own way.
IME these are rarely particularly functioning adults and day to day he is probably less happy than you are, which apparently at the moment isn’t very. But always try to remember that people who project misery are generally miserable. Take solace in that misery.
And if you think that’s bad do not ever go within 20 miles of a customer complaints job. That’s where you find that despite the many valid ones, they do indeed walk amongst us

When I used to work in a customer facing role so many moons ago I truly believed that the people who would shout at you, try to belittle you and in some situations try to get you fired only did these things because they literally had no power in their own lives and this was the only opportunity to wield and wield it like a cunt they did. Also applicable to middle managers who act like they're the boss of the company.

Yeah it's certainly an eye opener. I knew some customers would be dicks but didn't realise the percentage of them.
I'm just glad I'm not them.
You soon learn to stare out the window while they're ranting, wasting their own time.

Yeah. Whilst most people I deal with are fine, there’s definitely the odd one that seems to lose their shit for no apparent reason. I just figure it’s some other underlying reason and shrug it off. The days of shit like that upsetting me are long gone. I’ve been dead inside for years.
