Loving the hot takes in this thread. Open relationships are very much a thing, as is dating non-exclusively, or having a break to date other people before realising you'd rather stay with the parent of your two kids. It wasnt really an open relationship though. She called it and smith went along with it. He even said he only slept with another woman to try and get her back because he was so hurt and angry. But at least she found that connection with August and healed herself and became strong again👍 Also, I don’t know why I’m even posting because they are a pair of out of touch Hollywood affected weirdos😊 |

So it's not just a simple case of calling him a cuck just because she had a fling or two with other people. They're still together and dealing with it somehow in their own weird way. |

Tbf, there's lots of ways you could take it. Plenty of marriages hit a ditch, sexually and romantically. That he was open to it and didn't just go around shagging (cause, let's face it, who wouldn't have a go on Big Willy?) suggests he really loves her. There's obviously the aspect of "is he being walked over?" and that is a possibility. But it's also 2022 and people recognise that different kinds of relationships work. If they came out and said they were swingers, would people see that differently? Maybe he really does want to do whatever makes her happy. She's in a position enough to just walk away, if she wants. If you worship a woman (or man) so much you let them get shagged by other people just so they stay with you you have serious issues. Considering they’ve stated that it was Will that ended their relationship, and that’s when she entered into the relationship with August, it’s probably not quite the hot take you have there. But also, who gives a fuck how they handle their own relationship? What difference does it make? Their lives, their rules. They’re still together so something’s working. |

Sidenote: Hasbro have been streaming G.I. Joe cartoons non stop on YouTube to celebrate the 40th anniversary. My eight-year old self would have dreamed of this day.

If Rock didn't know about Jada's alopecia then he's off the hook somewhat. It just becomes a standard luvvie roast. If he did then it's blatant punching down, bullying really.
There's a suggestion that Will had been riled up by repeated jokes from various comedians about his and Jada's 'open marriage'. Some say he's very uncomfortable with the arrangement, especially as it doesn't vibe with his Christian values or something.
Not a good look for anyone involved really.
