Gonna dropship my way to early retirement. Dust off and nuke the site from orbit? An attractive proposition, but difficult to see how it gets you an income.

Hitman/Thief is a very well paying multiclass setup.

I find I need to sink too many points into ‘raped in prison’ for it to be an enjoyable way to play though.

House at the end who kept blocking the turning space have gone down to one car, so won’t need to park like arseholes anymore. Thanks, Boris.

Does my fucking head in when people do that, especially as our vans are pretty big. End up either having to use someone's driveway or reverse right back up the road into a main road. Bognor is a nightmare for roads like that too especially near the beach.

I'm not doing it out of choice, it's my job and have quite large vans. The Portsmouth drivers have it the worst though as it's horrible getting round parts of there in a car even.

Nothing against van drivers*. They have actual utility and aren't at all showy.
*Apart from the cunt earlier who felt he needed to drive right up our arse at the speed limit on a B road, then overtake first chance he gets.

Hmmm, just walked to my local Petrol Station to pick up some milk and there are "No Fuel" signs all over the pumps. Anyone else noticing this round their way?

Diesel in particular seems to be in short supply.

Needed petrol today, and was mildly concerned having read comments on the forum over the last few hours, but no shortage seen here (Cheshire/Staffordshire border) of either fuel type.

I'll fill up today. I still remember the toilet paper and pasta shortage of 2021.

Local BP here ran out of diesel, and then petrol for 2 days last week, but have now been re-supplied.

When I saw the prices, I thought I went into a motorway service station.

Someone told me to fill up the week before last, as the local refinery in Scotland had run out of raw materials,so last week was going to be iffy. /plugs in electric car

It’s pretty much all gone here. Luckily I have a full tank and not driving anywhere for a few days.
There was no sign of an issue on the m4 the other day but it’s been an issue for a few days here in Bedfordshire.

It's all good folks, if you feel sad about being broke and not being able to afford food or heating you can cheer yourself up by taking a trip to London to look at the 80 million quid facelift that big clock had.

Had to use my own money to put fuel in the works van because all the shell stations round my route area were out. Only put enough to get back near the depot so I could find a shell there though. Noticed queues at a few stations again, fucking joy here we go again.
Car is almost empty though, I have an ability to time these things horribly.

My local shell had diesel only today, filled up at London gateway where they had no diesel. £1.82 for regular unleaded ffs

Not regretting my EV! Although have seen some fairly insane kWh prices at some fast chargers (still well below a tank full), the hotel we are staying at for a mini Easter break (in a fancy tent), had a very cheap plug in point, which I have dutifully used to fill up.

(well, it would if it wasn't for Covid). It's probably a pretty good investment. (Tourism was over 30 billion quid a year for london and 250 billion a year for the UK before the world went all andromeda strain) Last time we came back to the UK, we got a nice selfie infront of the big tower of scaffolding Though my kids were much more excited about getting the selfie infront of the dude in the Darth Vader costume across the street.
