'Go on then nature boy, what's that bird then?'
Then he replies as if he's had a lobotomy.

Any mobile game ad in general really. I've no idea how they can so flagrantly get away with advertising a false game. I think the game is called Last War and it's like an infinite runner/topdown shooter game that you see camera footage of someone playing the game narrating what they're doing and really stressing that "I dunno why people say it's a fake game, I'm literally playing it right now". And then you see different ads with different people, but using the same footage. Reading off a script basically. And of course the actual game is a like a town/base building game. Hate the lying bastards.

Hate the lying bastards. The most blatant I’ve seen had a girl implausibly sitting in an empty bath. Her boyfriend walks in and she’s ‘playing’ one of these games on like a 28inch TV/monitor, holding it like a tablet 🤣

That Centre Parks ad with the Princess of Wales was a bit odd.

The games they show also look massively shit anyway. It's hard to imagine anyone being too angry that the shit game they downloaded wasn't the shit game they saw in the shit ad. And I've noticed the ads having creepy sexualised elements to them now as well

That bloody Deliveroo ad which is some evil villain laughing the whole time. It was ok the first time, but it's on every damn break.*
*though with streaming channels, I do wonder if we all see the same ads or not. Maybe they know I went on the Despicable Me ride at Universal Studios and are targeting me with supervillains?!

Different ads. Noticed it more and more when watching football via the Sky/TNT apps while someone else is watching via the box in the other room.

Maybe they know I went on the Despicable Me ride at Universal Studios and are targeting me with supervillains?! I had a completely different take on it. I assumed that his life was a failure, no friends, career or family. He was getting his dopamine from treats in the form of harmful food. His parents were his last connection with societal norms. And hd is the future as white men choose to alienate themselves from normality. The three hour version of what happens next can be found on any social media platform that discusses Star Wars etc.

There's an ad for Fage yogurt where you have a bunch of people looking uncomfortably straight into the camera, dancing and rapping along to a song written for the ad. It's so awkward

I did warn you about it higher up the page.
I loath the bloody thing. Always hit mute when it’s on.

That Versace perfume ad that uses "Song To Say Goodbye" by Placebo seems to have misunderstood that song, by using it in a perfume ad.

Big dreams start on the train…or something.
It’s on every bloody podcast I listen to, sometimes more than once. You can stick your bulldog puppy called Boris right where the sun doesn’t shine. Twats.

Does youtube really think I'm going to sit through 45+ second ads to watch a 1 minute clip?
