Ooooow, just realized the spring season kick-off isn't all that far off.
Omloop Het Nieuwsblad is just 7 weeks away.
It looks like we won't see the 'big 3' taking each other on early on in the season.
Mathieu Vandepoel is struggling with a back injury.
Julian Alaphillipe decided to focus on the Walloon classics and will skip the Flemish classics.
Wout Van Aert won't be in the Strade Bianche. A shame, as he's spiced thing up in that race since he first rode it in '18.

There’s a picture with a humongous dent in the back door- and solid bumper- of the van.
It doesn’t feel perhaps *quite* at the Froome level, mostly because he’s younger, but, fuck me that might be the end of him being a contender. He already had pain from scoliosis.

Live Road racing returns this weekend! GP La Marseillaise on Sunday, with highlights of Challenge Majorca same day.
World cyclo-cross champs as well, Saturday women, Sunday men, both 8pm UK (it's in the States) on ES.

I saw he (cav) was second on the first stage, then won yesterday, so looks like he's in good form.
Hope he gets a turn out for the tour, would love him to do it, although i would be a bit sad for merckx if he lost the record.

Cav looking good, though only Gavirira (getting blocked by his own leadout as well) for competition really. The UAE tour next week is looking spicy though, Groenewegen, Cav and Caleb Ewan.

KBK I shall try and catch the last 30 mins, last climb seems too far out for a solo win. Although I guess you never know if a WvA is just going to ride off again, though I don't think he starts?
