But other people will be watching it and will happily provide minute by minute accounts of it, unprompted by me. Other people will make reaction videos filled with opinions of dubiously-legal grounding. It will suck up more air and more attention and distract people from actual problems that don't have anything to do with what horrible people do behind closed doors, and saying that I don't have to watch it is like saying that I don't have to listen to a person that follows me around, screaming in my ear. Uvalde families are suing the maker of the two AR15s used in the slaughter of their children, Daniel Defence, and the store, Oasis Outback which sold it, for 27 billion. It's a bit of an outlandish sum and I doubt it has legs, but it's probably going to result in a fuck off out of court settlement for the simple fact that if there is even a hint of legal wrongdoing found by the court, it could create a legal precedent that opens all arms manufacturers and/or gun stores up to litigation over murders committed with their weapons. In connection to the affidavit I've been seeing a lot of shit on Twitter now regarding CIA cables in 2021 reporting that a lot of informants and undercover people were being killed and the implication that Trump had documents relating to identities of those people.

A hung jury doesn’t mean an acquittal though. It may mean a mistrial but that just means it starts over again with a new trial and jury.
