That moment when you (presumably?) get to the final Menu item, final championship race and it’s Nuremberg… TWO laps. Argh wtf. Here we go then. Currently top of table after 4 races.

First time I did that championship I thought you had to win it to complete the menu item so gave up on the Ring as the car I was driving wasn't working even though I was top of the table after the earlier races.
Second time with a different car I still couldn't get anywhere close on the Ring and ended that race tenth, came third in the championship, menu complete. Rather wish I had realised you didn't need to win it first time around.
At some point I will get that championship win but I'm in no hurry.

One time EG poster many moons ago reporting for duty. Lurked like some creep for a while in this thread.
Anyone committing decent time to Sport Mode? Had some great races at the front of the pack and moved pretty fast from noob E class to B class. Now at a level where quali times have me consistently mid/back of the field and it's a shit show. Trying to race fair and just leathered off constantly or break checked on straights whilst slip streaming. All by folk with S class Sportsmanship ratings, what's that all about.
It seems if folk cant win they just go into spoil mode. Problem is after C class it stops ghosting people anywhere near as much so that guy previously going into T1 at 200 mph that used to ghost through everyone, now scores himself a strike.

Playing this a bit here and there and my god the roulette seems almost rigged with how shit it is. The Horizon games have a whole ton of microtransactions but they at least gave you some worthwhile prizes. This just seems mean.

Was enjoying running round Spa in the qualifying for the sport mode Daily race C yesterday, just as a time trial as I didn't have the time to do the race.
Great to really a nail a lap time you think is at the limit, not so great to then check the top 10 times and see you're 8 seconds off the pace!

If it's anything like F1 times, there's probably people taking a corner at a stupid speed, or on the limits of cutting the corner.

Either I have been graced by good fortune by Kaz or they've maybe changed the roulette spins? The last two roulette tickets I've got have yielded me 500K yesterday (3 star ticket) and 10K today (1 star ticket, there was a very small pile of coins it could have picked and a single gold bar).
Anyone else having better luck or will I be getting absolute shite on my next ticket?

It'll be shit. I spent 2.9m on cars to uplift my collector rating (I'm 31 or 32 now), because the in-game manual says that gives you higher star tickets. Next ticket - 2 stars, gave me 10k.
