Tour cards should definitely be earned not given. Lisa Ashton managed it fair and square and that's the way it should have to be done. That being said they will almost certainly put a couple up for grabs on the women's tour next year at this point.

Never watched darts before about ten minutes ago. Watched Fallon lose to some guy called Steve. I can see the appeal, it’s just so fast, no pauses at all, just properly relentless.
That room looks like the worst place in the world to be though. The crowd is comprised exclusively of the worst people imaginable.

The world champ days before Christmas are horrendous to go to. It's pretty much work xmas parties across the board (tehe), just a load of chavs shouting at each other for 3-4 hours.
Calms down quite a bit after the break and the proper darts starts. Although I get the feeling there may not be any fans in there at all at the end of this one.
