I actually don't think most of the Directors Cut scenes add that much. But it removes the opening narration that explains the whole fucking plot, so it's better for that alone.

Nothing more arousing than shots of Jared Leto jacking up into infected wounds and an old lady going ever more senile and pill popping all interspersing brief glimpses of Connelly double ending it in front of screaming angry men in suits.

I mean, he could have said Once Upon A Time in America, which would out him as even more of a pervert, and also a cinephile.
