I remember we had a thread on the old place about cheese. Some great suggestions for tasty cheddars that I've forgotten about that I really wanted to try!

You know what I've got a newfound love for? Red Leicester. Couldn't fucking stand it when I was wee and now all I want is it's nutty goodness inside me.
That's not what you've asked for, but it's what I've given you. Red Leicester. Is it cheddar though? No. It's Red Leicester. It's like the thinking man's cheddar.

He did parmesan or something one time and his comments were full of furious Italians |

Unsurprisingly most of the cheese I eat is Swiss but earlier this year we tried some posh aged Gouda, was hard and with intense flavour, very nice and totally different from 'normal' gouda...
