Half way down page 2 before you got to the Hendrix cover of Watchtower? What is wrong with you people? ... Also, Cowboy Junkies' cover of VU's Sweet Jane from their debut album 'The Trinity Sessions', which every right minded soul should own. I was thinking 'that cover of Sweet Jane isn't very original, because it sounds too much like the original'. Then I checked and realised the version I'd always heard was the Cowboy Junkies one  (from the Natural Born Killers soundtrack, which was awesome) [edit] Now listened to the original and wasn't such a fan, but I do like this live version: |

The original is a classic. What middle aged male doesn't remember the video when Siobhan walks down the stairs mid-way through the song. Makes me go all tingly.
Anyway. I'm not a fan of Ghost but I always knew Patrick Wilson could sing and well, this version is actually quite bloody good:
