I bought 2 and 3. Think I'll play 3 first because from what I've picked up here and there (and here), it's shorter and not as good as 2. I've played the originals anyway so story doesn't matter. Plus Jill

3 always felt like a third chapter to 2 even on the PS1 so playing them both through together makes perfect sense to me

I always thought Leon A Claire B made more sense narratively since it gave the naive newbie the mysterious whats going on here stuff and the character with series lineage the deeper lore revelations but I think canonically its the other way around.

Yeah Claire A, Leon B is proper order, though arguably less important in the remake.

I'm still thinking about 3 first because Mr X scares me. I'm still getting over that horrendous thing rolling about with the blades hanging off it chasing me in Elden Ring. They're more horrifying than anything in BB or anywhere in life

Game is amazing so far though. What a remake. I'd say I don't know why it's taken me so long to play it, but I already know it's because I'm a contrarian and hype puts me off anything. What a good, good map as well

It’s a brilliant game and it’s incredible just how quickly you can get out of the police station once you know what you’re doing
I’m definitely not a speedrunner, I’m a 100% search every nook and cranny type, but I loved whizzing back through both the remakes faster and faster
