(talktalk too perhaps?). Break the openreach monopoly! I'd snap them up in a heartbeat if they came to my street for those upload speeds.

Got to have a decent sized prospective customer base to make it worth the investment in the back end systems mostly. All these isps have so many legacy billing systems etc, it's a nightmare.
