Think I just beat a main boss and got a weapon where I need 42 strength and 14 Dex! Won't be using that any time soon. Defo the most o.p. thing so far is the guard counter. Hold block and as the enemy hits your guard you press heavy attack. Wrecks. The jump attack is pretty savage as well, anything light is staggered in 1 hit and it seems to proc bleed much more quickly than R1 spam |

Just played an hour or so. In the overworld I can sense some stuttering when panning the camera but nothing egregious, and in the dungeon I explored no issues. Defaults to fps mode on the xsx. I’ve beaten no bosses, so feels like the start of a FROM game.
Oh, I picked the light bulb head, they started with an estoc that I’m not super crazy for, but the spell was pretty cool.

Yeah a very handy move, but from memory you can only do it at the end of an enemy combo of attacks, you can't interrupt with it can you? |

It's more of a paladin sort of build to start out with I'm on it too - decent starting build, I like the stealth-lite, and makes me feel like I'm playing Shadow of Mordor (though not quite as agile). |

Lvl 25, 7 hours in.
Make sure you explore thoroughly. I just found a flask upgrade in an area that felt like it had nothing important and I very nearly missed it.
Love the title music.

Prisoner class feedback please. Finally figured out how to level up with it, still rocking the starting gear, took the bulb head off, so you could say what's the point of picking bulb head if you're playing without the bulb head. Estoc is decent, really, even if it's not like other weapons I've used in earlier games. Stunlocks enemies while you poke them to death. You also start with a soul arrow or something spell, quite the delay before it fires, so you can actually get it to hit enemies in the back by sidestepping. Edit: Starts with a lousy shield, and too low str to use the others I found. Seems like dex is the stat that "does" most, after they changed str, so I'll plod along to see how I feel. I have 2hrs total time maybe? |

No way I’m going to be able to stay up til 12 tonight. Think I’ll try to get up an hour early and at least try to get the character creation done so I’m good to go tomorrow night.
