Given the fairly barren new game releases at the moment I think this is my most anticipated game, even though it's not out until Jan'22.
I'm equally looking forward to reading about everyone's tales of woe as we get ambushed and battered by giant crawling pots.

I think I'll need to buy this twice. My boy kind of completed sekiro this week and he is obsessed with it so it would be amazing to go through this with him. I'll need two characters immediately then as I'm definitely playing through it with my brother as well. Character one obviously all strength knight or warrior type and second magic welding naked roller. Assuming the characters are similar in class to dark souls. Need to check my shifts this week and make sure I'm off!

Seems as good a place as any without creating a Bloodborne thread. First Person BloodborneAnal exam the giant pigs up close! Definitely needs a VR release. The disembodied hands look really weird but I'd love to give this a go. Reckon it would up the difficulty a fair bit. |

My 9 yo lad and me are playing through DS1-3 and are supremely excited for this. Completed DS1 and just beat Flexile Sentry in DS2. As DS2 is janky as fuck were going full sorcery easy mode haha.

/Treads carefully. SoFS seems a big improvement over my memory of release day vanilla DS2. But the 16 direction, I frame rolling, soul memory nonsense is a fucking shock for my lad. He took down Lord Gwynn in majestic triumph, then immediately started DS2 and couldnt get his heed round it. Sorcery though is so much better in DS2. Things Betwixt, Forest of Giants and Tower of Flame are gash compared to DS1 mind. Really picks up from Dead Man's Wharf. |

Agreed - SofFS is fantastic. It's so weird and stuffed with secrets. First time I played it I couldn't believe how generous and intimidating it was. It's the most replayable of the entire series, BB and Sekiro included. Hopefully Elden Ring can channel some of its magic.

I dunno, maybe I'm all FROM'd out? I've had Demon's sat here since Friday and still not started it, and I abandoned Sekiro.
I did the same with Yakuza after playing 0/Kiwami/6 in a row - Kiwami 2 and Judgement are still sat half-finished. I think you just get too used to a formula.

I have been wanting to buy Sekiro on PC for a long time, I had it on PS4. But it's still about £30 even in the sales. Shame.
Not my favourite FROM game but I wouldn't mind another run, but not paying near enough full price at this point. It's been out for years.

Think I'll do another Bloodborne run soon.
Guessing I've beaten sekiro 9 times, BB 7 or 8 times. DS3 6, ds1 5, ds2 5.
Before Elden I'll get one more sekiro and BB in. Maybe DS3 if I get chance. My son is currently playing DS3 and not enjoying it much after sekiro. I'm trying to explain he needs to adjust his approach a bit with the combat as he is attempting to go toe to toe with the bosses. He doesn't realise all souls bosses you beat by just going behind their butts and hitting them.
