That's really short for an open world game. Surprising. I'm sure other From games took longer than that. I wonder if it's 30 hours if you don't get stuck at any point or they're including being shit in that estimation Considering all the busywork that pads out most other open world games, I'm cool with it Doesn't have to be busy work though. 30 hours - could knock that out in an afternoon |

This weeks game informer podcast has roughly 30 minutes about this from someone that was given 10 hours to do as he wanted with it. There are no spoilers at all but he does say if the game continues to be as good as those first 10 hours then it will easily be his favourite game ever.
Just to keep the hype in check a bit.

Made the mistake of dipping in and out of this thread and now I've had to pre-order too. Always enjoy the first few weeks of a From game and feel like I don't want to miss out this time (as I skipped Sekiro). Time to board the hype train!

I preordered (like a fucking chump) as much to be part of the first weeks of a From release as to play the actual game if that makes sense. Interested to see if I like it more than the others I came to long after release. |

It's great getting on a from game at release, when everyone is seeing shit for the first time. It's also so you can smugly say things like "huh, I did that swamp BEFORE they nerfed the angels" (see also shrine of Amana)
