I'm sure there was a Temu thread but I can't find it, as a Temu virgin I thought I would buy something off there tonight, a foam football as you do but then it throws up a ÂŁ15 minimum spend at the checkout - fuck that, then upon departing it magically dropped to ÂŁ10. Is there a way round this?

Is there a way round this? It’s fairly hit and miss and the quality varies, but there’s the odd thing on there. The post is generally the £15 spend minimum, but check back occasionally and they remove that requirement from time to time, presumably when the CEO needs a new mink coat for the side piece or something. |

The fall of the Aztec empire was wild. Proper clash of cultures and technology levels, it's just not something we'll see again.
It's also weird that in my head the Aztec empire is an ancient thing, but it's more recent than the Vikings... It should be obvious given that the Spanish conquerors had firearms, but it just feels like a much older culture in terms of beliefs.

I suspect they're all just as shit, that said in a contrasting vein Bless This House, also starring Robin Askwith alongside Sid James, Terry Scott, June Whitfield, Sally Geeson, Peter Butterworth and Diana Coupland (brilliant cast) is bloody great and pretty much as hilarious as any good Carry On.
