6 music used to play a lot of good stuff. Now it seems to be filtered into a bunch of new stuff I have zero interest in listening to. Sometimes it sounds as if I'm listening to Radio 1.

Just looked at the tracklist for Craig Charles' Funk & Soul Show ( yesterday), it was certainly varied. Kate Bush, The Pogues, LL Cool J, Amyl & The Sniffers, FKA Twigs, among others. |

I still like 6 Music generally, play quite a bit of stuff I like, and I actually like hearing news music so it can be interesting.
It can be a bit too-cool sometimes but it's still the station I find most interesting
It was strange but I did used to enjoy the asinine banality of radio 2 when Steve Wright in the afternoon was on.

So the radio equivalent of Reach, who own every local paper in the country and why they all have the same website that’s 80% ads, 19.8% clickbait and 0.2% actual news. It's fine if you remove ads - but even then, the playlists are quite limited. I am so bored of Coldplay and Snow Patrol. I would switch but not sure of other stations that play my kind of music. Virgin I guess but that's no better. All have some kind of pay to play with record companies I imagine. |

I'm constantly surprised by how much censoring goes on in radio2. They played "call me, maybe"the other day, and edited the line "there'll be other boys, trying to chase me". Didn't like the word 'chase'

Is anyone else having trouble with link buttons? Anything at the top of the screen brings up the report/select/delete post menu (fair enough really but not helpful when I'm trying to check my PMs)
