That's from the test run. I've upped hit everything up a notch since then. It's hard to flavour it since it's uncooked meat, so I caramelised two onions and added some, cherry tomatoes, peppers and beans then spiced that veg mix before I added it to the 50/50 pork and beef mince.
The spice was quite spicey but this dumbass didnt consider the meat would dilute it, so I've virtually doubled it just now.

I'm a bit more skeptical about the Tommy K to go with it, however. That was just my lunch. Tomorrow I'm putting out ramekins of salsa and sour cream to spoon on. That takes it right over the top.
