My father in law's parents both died of a heart attack at 52. He had a heart attack at...52. He was lucky and survived , but it left him with a heart that only functions at 35%. That was 20 years ago but largely he's been fine since. Wife and brothers in law looking on nervously!

A bit niche but Daniel Kahneman has died. At the risk of sounding like a high performance podcast wanker (Jake can't have long left) I try to read a "self help" book or two each year, and Thinking, Fast and Slow is one of those that's deceptively simple and was effective for me. RIP.
