Are they chia seeds next to the other bird food? You really need to soak those before eating or they'll just absorb whatevers in your belly.
Looks nice apart from the dryness/texture of those seeds.

I had a glorious big bowl of crunchy nut cornflakes. A once a week treat. Best cereal ever.

ecosseYour shits are going to be off the fucking chart. Looks nice though. I had a great big bowl of porridge with dried fruit and maple syrup. I didn't allow enough time for it to cool down though so it was a rather burny experience.

Chia seeds, flax seeds, amaranth, walnuts, spelt flakes and 2 kinds of muesli. Mango, blueberries and yoghurt of course which makes it not dry. I thought the chia seeds soaking was to ensure no swallowing issues, what's the disadvantages for belly/digestion? I have this most days with some variety of fruit, pears in winter, peaches, nectarines, strawberries etc. in summer, always with blueberries though.

What's with the compost? For digestion?

I hope you use a toothpick or when you grin your mouth is going to look like the front fender of a Fiat that's done 200 miles driving the west coast of Scotland in summer.

I'm probably outing myself as the most basic of basic people, but this genuinely counts as a long weekend breakfast treat for me: I did add some peri peri seasoning and cheese to the egg. Not sure if that helps my case or not?

This morning I was late so made a peanut butter and banana sandwich and ate it on the way in. Was nice.

Not sure if that helps my case or not? More exciting than another photo of a bowl of berries, seeds and yoghurt.

Ricotta pancakes with blueberries and maple syrup.
Never done ricotta pancakes before - they're amazing.
