The pets thread aka my house smells of cat/dog/other piss

The cat nappers have struck again. My father in law was waiting outside our house at the weekend and saw the neighbour open the door for the cat. We aggressively called his name, shaking the dreamies bag. 2 seconds later, the door opens and out he trots. Just ridiculous. GET YOUR OWN FUCKING CAT. Plenty need a home. Ours has one.

Genuinely infuriating. I don't get it. He's probably there now, the shit.

You need to do whatever cats do to show dominance to your neighbour, while your cat is watching.

Then when the neighbour is lying there defeated shout "Look *insert cats name* look at this pitiful sack of meat you have chosen over me."

Spit on the floor at you cats feet in disgust and defiantly stride into your house.

I just walked into the living room to find Dudley having a great time with my partner's hoodie blanket.



I only had time to take a couple of photos before I felt compelled to tell him to get off of it. Dirty boy.

He then begged and begged to get back up before eventually relenting and shagging his usual blanket in his crate.

It was either a blurry photo or I went over to turn the big light on but I thought that might put him off his stroke.

I don't think he'd have noticed, he looks quite in the moment.

... balls deep into the moment.

We call it his girlfriend.

I so rarely give them any attention on here, so here's a cute cat pic:

Tiny sofa (it's a Kapok).

They are quite big cats as well though.

Some progress recently....both cats will now leave the house and come back in the evening if the living room door is shut.  In the morning, the more nervous one will come in through the front door if left open for a few mins.  On the downside, the dog still barks and chases them if he spies them.  PITA.

In fairness they're in the office with me most days. The white one loves perching on the arm of my chair and falling asleep.
Other one loves walking all over the desk 50 times a day like he's never been on it before.

Today though they just want nothing to do with me... Fickle creatures.

Ours love a nice warm laptop to sleep/groom on too when my backs turned, just what the keyboard needs and nothing like random stuff or settings happening to your work etc.
