It's Negans 5th birthday today. He was born on our wedding day, my MiL dogs had a litter and he was the first one,so we had to keep him. He gets spoilt with some sausage's with his breakfast, and some dog ice cream later. Plus doing his fave thing of running around in woods and pissing on trees.  |

I've had my mum's dog the last few days and my cats were not impressed. Day 1, one of them refused to even come near the house, despite us making a safe space for them upstairs. Day 2, they were happy enough upstairs and even ventured down and put through the catflap with the dog about (although not in sight). This morning, the one who wouldn't come inside was sat in the kitchen quite happily and didn't even flinch when we shoved him upstairs again. I am .ore confident that all will be ok when the dog comes to live with us.

He absolutely adores them (they were already here when we got him) and wants nothing more than to just be close to them and hang out. He's at his happiest when we're all together. He and Bunky (the grey and white girl) are usually nearby one another. But the cats are absolutely in charge. |

Our fish tank has turned on us, bit sad really. Lost all the Rainbow fish but have rescued about 30 of the Platy's which is way more than we started off with. Turns out the pump stopped working the same week we had no internet and because of those frustrations didn't notice it but by the time we did the tank had irreparably turned.
So we quickly ordered a small fluval and some water(can't use the tap here) tank to see if we could save any fish not really expecting to but so far so good. No time to cycle anything so will see how it goes.
