Fucking captchas when they give you the "please try again" message in the annoying red letters. Sauce bottles these days are designed with wide, flat tops so one can store them upside down like you are supposed to. Totally gets on my tits when people don't return the bottle to the upside down position.

Why the fuck are we still having to do this shit in 2021??? It's solely because some motherfuckers are too lazy to upgrade to the version of Captcha/reCaptcha. I found this out because a product we use at work had incredibly annoying use of Captcha (on a fucking paid product for serious legal work) which was outfoxing senior partners and so on (particularly when they had to do it on their phone). We got tons of complaints and I looked into it, and it turned out that the lazy bastards who make the product just hadn't moved to the newest reCaptcha which virtually never shows an actual Captcha or even makes you fill anything in, it just works it out. We yelled at them and eventually they did, and it solved the problem. So yeah, laziness is the key answer. |

Now the but that annoys me is that ants live for 4 years, while grasshoppers live for just 1 year. Why would a grasshopper plan for the future if it's just going to be dead? Absolute nonsense. Perhaps the grasshopper would live 300 years if it just had something to eat in the winter? |

I think it's something to do with having enough people answering, so that the 'right' answer comes from the crowd. The AI gets to recognise a pattern of pixels that a significant majority of people say is "a traffic light". |
