I was going to say, with that roast date it wouldn't have been at its best!
Heading to Copenhagen for a holiday tomorrow and looking forward to getting some coffee in there. Not sure if I can make it to Juno as it's a fair hike from where and I'm staying (and I'm sure with all the hype it'll be a massive wait) but there's plenty out there that looks great.

Tomo The tin would re-seal. It has a vent/gas exchange bit on top too. I have just finished the previous beans and filled the hopper. Mine were bought from a deli, but were roasted in mid-September, so should still be pretty decent. Not sat on the shelf for too long at any rate.
