Unusable in what sense, crashV👀d👀? Also, my Pixel 6 has been returned. The Waiting list on the Google site does not seem to want to shift, so I'll stay without the Pro phone until my contract is up next year in August!

Had a go on a mates Z fold, ready to be blown away, but came away distinctly underwhelmed. Yes the screen is massive when it's unfolded, but it's square which doesn't really seem to be that useful for anything much.

It's arrived and she seems to really like it, it's not that much bigger IRL. Winner. Slick bit of kit though. The camera is ridiculous and I thought the one on my s9+ was good

Anyone went for the S22 Ultra? I have one coming tomorrow and I'm slightly concerned of how much of a behemoth it is.

I have an OPPO Find X2 Pro which I think is pretty much the same size and I find it fine, depends how you carry it I guess, I've been wearing jeans since I can't remember and it sits quite happy in my front pocket. Obviously you'll have to use your other pocket for all the bloatware.

Will it fit in a bumbag?

My S21 Ultra fits just fine in my bum bag, Enrico Benetti is the make, if that helps.
It's not the size of the phone that's the issue, it's the weight!
But paired with a smart watch means checking messages, notifications, etc. Is a lot less cumbersome.

Not sure how comfortable that sounds.

It's a very nice phone and not really much bigger than the S10+ I had.
Is there any point to this pen thing other than drawing the occasional cock?

Does keep thumb grease off the screen.
I quite liked the S-Pen the one time I had a Samsung Note.

It also makes you look like a cock when you're using it.

Has anyone found a music player app for Android that's better than Blackplayer EX? I have tried half a dozen of them now, and this is the most customisable one I've found by far, but there are still some little quirks to it that I'm not 100% satisfied with.

Not used one for years, but PowerAmp was my go to back in the day.

yeah, I used to use PowerAmp for a few years. Then I switched to n7Player because I liked the zoomable album wall UI. But tbh I haven't opened it in years because I almost exclusively listen to podcasts on my phone, and if music then spotify.

I've had my Pixel 6 Pro since November and am seriously considering sending it back. Overheating/battery drain is getting to the multiple charges a day stage when it was initially pretty solid.
Camera is fantastic, but apart from that I preferred my old S10+ pretty much across the board. 5G is great when you're sitting in an office running speed tests in your lunch break, but apart from that pretty much pointless for me.
Kicking myself for signing up to a 2 year contract for the fucker.

Have you done a factory reset? Battery on my 5 is still solid as, one year on.

Yup. Seems to be a pretty common complaint on the Pixel subreddit. Probably teething issues with Tensor (has a feeling I'd regret jumping on their first fully in-house phone)

I've got a Pixel 6 (not the pro version) and the battery is great on it.
The main issue I do have is that I have double tap the back for screenshots and when I put my phone down it takes a screenshot.

Had a 6 Pro since launch, and am having no issues. Always lasts a full day, and that's with often pretty intensive use. Not looked into the issue, but if it's known (and really even if not) you should at least demand a replacement handset.

That's a fair point. It is still under warranty, I guess. I'll be changing mobile phones in August for a different reason. I have the Pixel 6 and the camera is excellent, no complaint there. But I bought an OnePlus Nord 2 CE for my brother in Uganda and there are little subtle things others do much better that I appreciate a lot more than the knowledge of getting 3 years of upgrades. Like, a much, much faster fingerprint reader. Face unlock. Insanely fast charging. I miss all that. Got to be honest, monthly security upgrades are absolutely not a selling point to me. I mean, folk here in this thread with ancient phones older than 24 months, has the lack of security upgrades resulted in anything negative for you?
Longwinded way of saying I will be trying out a OnePlus 10 Pro, or whatever the latest one is come the summer!

I never thought I'd get into gestures, but now I don't think I can use my phone any other way.
