She'll be an MP and PM soon enough. I can definitely see her pivoting to being a MP as she'll "have no choice".

Honestly, I'd say that most things that people get upset about these days, are not things worth getting upset about. Particularly internet things. The problem is that everybody is on the internet.
If whatever happens, *someone* out of everyone is going to be annoyed by it.
So thing happens, someone on the internet gets annoyed.
Someone has a twitter account or whatever and posts about it.
Then everybody goes "look at this melt here, getting angry about thing"
It's just meaningless noise.
This here thread, as exhibit A, is mainly just people posting tweets going "look at this lunatic"
Yes, lunatics exist. They have always existed. Previously they lived peacefully at a table in an old man's pub under a dart board and mostly nobody heard of them.
Let's return to those days. If people can't stop reading twitter, they can at least stop reposting crap off it.
(And yes I'm calling it twitter, what of it musk?)

Tories don't reproduce like we do. It's more like a kind of slimy osmotic process where their fluids seep into each other.

How does someone get £100k + in legal aid to being about a frivolous case.
Schools have enough funding issues without having to stump up for lawyers to deal with vexatious nuts.

Is there actually any canon reason why space marines couldn't be women?
Originally they were all from the same gene-seed, I think.
But later they were basically 'the primarch and all his mates from his hometown', so theres not really any reason why some of those couldn't be women... Other than the primarchs all miraculously ending up on worlds that didn't seem to have any females.
Seriously, do any of the primarch novels even mention women?

There are words I recognise in Bill's post about space marines, but I don't understand any of it. Off to the Warhammer thread with you! TBF, it's all stuff I vaguely remember from when I was a teenager, so it's probably all wrong. It just occurred to me, while drunk, that the reason there are almost no female characters in Warhammer is probably not some deep lore reason, but just that the people making it forgot that women are a thing that exists. There are dozens of origin stories about all the people who got sent off to different planets and created armies, and I'm not sure any of them ever met a girl. Imagine all the endless war that would have been avoided if some of the primarchs (big space warrior lords) had got girlfriends.

There's some thing somewhere that some one said maybe about hormones or glands or something. But no nothing that isn't total bollocks. Lore is a pointless thing though. Aesthetically though keeping them as emotionally stunted man-babies is more appealing. Rather than the creeping movement towards making Marines good guys.

As far as I know, "Scars" is the only time the subject is ever broached:

Maybe it’s the lack of spatial awareness.
