I completely agree - whatever happened in the build-up to that clip couldn't possibly justify kicking a prone, motionless person in the face, then stamping on his head.
I hope he'll be fired at a bare minimum. Preferably fired *and* prosecuted.

It wasn't even a fleeting 'red mist' type of thing - after he was done with the guy lying on the floor, he went after the one who was sitting down in the background, and was needlessly rough there as well.

If the bodycam footage cleared him in any way I would imagine that we would have probably heard about it by now as well. The police have to be held to to a set of standards or before you know it you have the American police force (which thankfully ours is nothing like!).
Hopefully the investigation is swift because it just creates further tension until it's dealt with.
