I thought R-Patz was a good Batman, but wasn't a big fan of Bruce in the movie. The movie was ok, but felt like I'd already seen the mob/crooked cop/politician stuff in Batman. And Riddler was meh imo.

Pattison was, by far, my favourite Batman. The scene in the subway is everything a Batman should be - mysterious, intimidating, etc. Same goes for the scene at the Liver Building.
Bruce and Alfred - forgettable as fuck.
Nobody has quite got the mix, yet.

I really liked The Batman. That is all. Yeah I liked it, it didn't feel like 3hrs either. This is probably the most impressive thing about the film; it managed to be a long modern film that really didn't feel like it. The length was putting me off a bit before going in, but the time really flew by. It wasn't a perfect film and not as memorable as the Nolan ones, but I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. |

Yeah, it was decent enough it’s just that I do find it interesting that the world just shrugged its shoulders and moved on. Pretty much every other Batman product had some lasting impact. Even Batman Forever lives on in our hearts. Best Batmobile I think, besides the animated series |

Looks like an early 90s attempt at a superhero film where the license was cheap enough that there was no risk.
How is this the next tier of DC after Superman etc.

It doesn't look as bad as the first trailer.
I don't think anyone is going to watch it though. It also has major Spiderman: Homecoming vibes. Activating Instant Kill.
I'm still a bit pissed they kept this and canned the Batgirl movie.

Jeez, Isabela Merced has changed a lot.. and also changed her name. Confusing.
Seems like it's not going to be only focused on Supes. More like a new Justice League.

Still no Luthor. Interesting.
And my kids, knowing nowt about Blue Beetle, wanted to see it after seeing the trailer. So I guess it works for some.
