No-one's going to advance buy a ticket in future, which will make funding the event a bit more challenging.
Did you see that if you bought a super-pass, you were going to get a goodie bag, including a pin badge. The badges hadn't been made so weren't available.

From the empty pics I guess most people had enough sense not to attend an expo in the middle of a pandemic so not sure how much this year's disappointing show will affect future sales.
If there's one thing gamers have taught companies over the years it's that you can treat them like crap and they'll keep coming back for more.

I went to this... It was more like a (very) cut-down version of Rezzed.
It was also fairly empty... Which I would attribute to Covid and because people aren't that comfortable going outside as much.

Anyone going in couple of weeks?
Last year was so bad and we were done in an hour but I’m going to give them a covid pass . Doesn’t help that there wasn’t much communication on it and doesn’t seem to be this year either . I’ve taken my son the last 3 years and he still wanted to go so fingers crossed there is more there

There’s going to be the new playable build of SF6 and some tournaments going on, I think.
So if that’s your bag, it sounds like they are dragging a lot of machines there.

My bro is going. I used to go every year but since Covid my desire to make the effort has fallen through the floor.
To be honest, while it was nice to see friends and get a general sense of the upcoming gaming landscape, last time we went it was near impossible to get into any of the demos. The highlight has usually been the fried breakfast before and the Wagas afterwards.
