We should get T-shirts made Liverpool style and storm the place. They should be able to deal with the handful of us shouldn't they?

Free badges for special forces members. I'll let someone else take the lead on the design.

The one time I went to an expo it was a soul destroying experience. Did a quick tour of the place, saw nothing that I could be arsed with and went to the pub with user speedofthepuma for the rest of the day. Got very very drunk.

Yeah, I went to the Leeds one once. Had one game of FIFA with a mate, poked around for about five minutes there and then promptly fucked off to a nice bar they had just round the corner.

I believe, and pray hope PES can correct me, that it's Rodger Reedpop: the d is silent.

Negotiations for Font Geek Expo 2021 are already underway. So far it's going to be a Game Gear chained to a breezeblock around the back of Victoria coach station. Please bring own batteries.

It's at the ExCel so it may as well be on the moon in terms of convenience.

The forum software wraps every link for some sweet, sweet tracking.
Pretty sure EG tried it for a bit, too.

Absolutely not. I have been to a few gaming shows of the years because my cousin likes to go, and almost every time I have hated it. The only time I liked it was when I went to Game's 'GAMEfest' back in 2011, and that may have been because it was my first time going. And I was 19. And there was booth babes.
But the Eurogamer and Insomnia Expos just seem to attract the weirdest people that must have allergies to soap and deodorant.

I did see one guy compare the restrictions to being in North Korea. He'll probably be chained to a wall and shot with an AA gun for that kind of talk.

Is the guy's name really Roger Reedpop? I used to work for Flux insurance, and it blew my mind to learn that the owner is actually called Adrian Flux. Like, did he marry Nora Neutron or something? Are his kids called Zenith and Quasar.
I went to the Eurogamer Expo the year they had the Destiny hoverbike you could get your picture taken on. It was a fairly unimpressive to be honest, i played a bit of Sunset Overdrive before it came out... but the highlight was one of the Frogwares guys giving a speech about their upcoming Sherlock game.
I liked that he said 'it's the kind of game you play in a leather chair with a glass of port'.

Of course his name is Roger Reedpop. He has two daughters; Riley Reedpop and Raven Reedpop.
