That new Bloober game looking interesting, though I'm pretty sure it will be a long time before it's actually released. Didn't look like they had any gameplay to show.

There's something about Mouse PI that doesn't quite convince me. I couldn't really say what, maybe the fact that environments look much more generic and the sprites are out of place in it.
Anyway, with Cuphead paving the way for golden age cartoon style videogames, I wonder if someone will try something different eventually. A game with the look of a Hannah and Barbera show could be interesting too. Especially if they manage to make it look just as low budget.

A Scooby-Doo point & click adventure game, where you switch between characters Maniac Mansion-style, could be utterly terrific, especially as they could make it look exactly like the 70s show (and still get Frank Welker to play Fred).

Mrs Hermit has managed to get herself a permanent suspension from Xbox. Fuck knows how, she hasn't played for a year, only ever plays Minecraft offline, doesn't have Gold, doesn't interact with anyone, and yet she got susended back in July. Oh well, sucks to be her I guess.

It's not the noise, it was doing some overheating issues, where it wouldn't power on at all. I have the correct screwdrivers from changing the LB/RB buttons on my controllers (why they changed them to a flimsy toggle from the Xbox 360/Xbox One, I don't know). Might give it a whirl and see how we go, definitely needs a dusting though after 4 years. |

Good luck actually getting any specific info from them. My account was suspended from rewards for a few years and getting any info on why was like getting blood from a stone. Then it just started working again.

When they shut the Xbox 360 store I wasn’t bothered, figured I haven’t needed anything from it for years. Typical, then, that over the past 3 days my youngest daughter has become obsessed with the brilliant and underrated Doritos Crash Course, and I wish I could spend £1.29 to get the extra levels.
I’m not impressed with the amount of 2d platformers on Game Pass either- it’s all either 3d (which she can’t do), or stuff like Ori which is a bit too complicated.
