Getting rid of one of my basses tonight as the man just messaged me to say he's popping round. Swapping it for a Fender Vaporiser amp. No idea why other than the fact that I'm sick of looking at this bass. On one hand I'll be sad to see it go as it was with me for many a gig, but on the other hand I don't play it so sod it. I don't need another guitar amp, but when does need come into it.

I had to do the same with my precision bass. It just wasn't being used, so part exed it against some synths.
Yeah, it's sad to see them go, but if you don't play it and aren't a millionaire in a mansion with 100 basses on display, then there's not much point

Yeah unless it's vintage or top of the range, it's just peanuts and no-one bloody wants them. Amps however, seem to always sell.
