I wasn’t aware of the Jos Verstappen stuff till yesterday. It’s really hard reading. Grim Stuff What stuff? Mixture of wife beating (inc an attempted murder charge) temper issues/and basically putting max through what many would say abuse, using extreme measures to train him. Even left him at a petrol station on his own after making a mistake in a race in his karting days. Apparently his grandad tried to intervene at red bull asking marko to keep jos away from max because of his aggressive behaviour |

An absolute farce then in the F2. Fear not, we'll just get the much quicker cars on there instead. To be fair, most of the issues from the F2 race were nothing to do with the track. A guy stalled at the start and one of the drivers behind ploughed straight into the back of him. |

Yeah it was just unfortunate the really bad one, but it got canned after that as it was chaos out there. They simply can't clear crashed cars effectively. It's a deathtrap.

Missed all the F2 live this weekend, got it all recorded so don't want to look up what happened but sounds nasty.
I really hope we have a safe and shenanigans free F1 race today. Max appears to have the pace to win from P3 if he can survive T1 in third or higher.
I am also very concerned that DNFs are inevitable if Hamilton and Verstappen go wheel to wheel here. There is nowhere to bail out to so any of that yield or we crash nonsense from either party = crash. Hamilton has to beat him and a no score draw suits Max. Leclerc for the win?

Given the uncertainty around his gearbox it must be super tempting for Max just to drive into the back of Lewis at turn 1.

It's black and white as to whether Bottas was too slow or not isn't it?
Either you're inside the delta or not. I can't see how he wouldn't know, so if he was too slow, he must have deliberately accepted a penalty which would frankly be self defeating for Mercedes. Just giving up a 1-2.
