I want them all remastered before six, but I’ll take a prequel! I wonder if we'll ever get a collection.

All in all that was a pretty good showcase.

So glad stalker 2 is on the way as the devs (and their country) has gone through a lot thanks to a bunch of cunts The game looks great
great to see perfect dark actually looking interesting, sort of mirror edge meets deus ex
Also Exhibition 33 looks great
Didn't expect gears prequel (guessing e-day is not about doing some pills at a rave) there was talk of gears prequel afters gears 3 iirc but it was just fanboy chat on forums

I saw a lot to like there. State of Decay 3 is top of the list if I had to pick one, but Atomfall and Stalker 2 look great, Fable is good to see, and I’ll always check out any Gears game they put out. Also interested to see what they add to Starfield later this evening- still waiting for proper console mod support rather than just Creation Club though

Were Doom and CoD the only first-party games confirmed for PS5?
I'm trying to keep up with all these announcements, but it's a bit hard when there are so many of 'em!

‘Omni Movement’ mean we’ve already lost multiplayer to the 11 year olds before it’s out.

I would guess everything aside from Halo, Gears and Starfield will be multiplat
Doom is a fairly big deal isn't it? If that's multiplatform, I don't see them holding much else back

Best xbox showcase in a long long time. Even Black Ops looks decent!

I haven't played that many recent games it seems, as oh my goodness the ones on show here were absolutely gorgeous.
I'm yearning for a proper new not awful ghost recon tho. Also, my fav game Siege is looking pretty dates against what was on show here.

I don't think South of Midnight is multiplatform. Nor is Fable.

I was thinking maybe Fable as well but I'm not that familiar with it. Before my (Xbox) time

Out of the two I would say SoM is the one that has a chance of eventually going on other platforms.

Just going back through what I missed, it was a ridiculously stacked show, probably the most satisfying show of this ilk I've seen for a fair few years to be honest. The next 18 months of Game Pass are an embarrassment of riches, assuming any of it turns out decently that is.

Some nice looking stuff, but some I'm a bit puzzled about from the reaction here.
I need to watch the Perfect Dark trailer again as it looked a bit 90s from what I saw (was cooking at the same time), and Fable looked like they basically had nothing ready to show but wanted to have something present again.
South of Midnight continues to look gorgeous but the gameplay wasn't what I expected. Not really sure what I expected exactly, but not a typical 3P action adventure type thing.
Certainly a couple of other titles that would see me sub to GP for a month to play through if they end up platform locked.
The Starfield DLC looked pretty funky, and certainly not what I expected after the base game. I hope there is more of the interesting gameplay there and it's not all just camera tricks and advertising.

4 player co-op campaign for Gears please!! Not likely I'm afraid, it is an origins story of Marcus and Dom. Hopefully we will start to get a lot of info now. Xbox wire has some good info. The whole show was really good I think.

Sure maybe not for every single person but it was a good show full of a lot of Xbox Studio games, a fair few that are going multiplatform.

So do we play as the lady in Fable? No choice of male or female this time? Trailer definitely seems to imply it.

Glad to see Xbox knock it out of the park.
Particularly chuffed to see Gears announced, 'cause I know how much Duff was hoping for it!
I'm hopeful that some of this stuff will come to PlayStation further down the line, but I guess I'll have to wait and see.
In terms of third-party stuff, MGS looked great, while Dragon Age looked pants.

They showed 30 games with almost no filler. That's what a showcase should be imo.
