Just to save from cluttering the What Are You Watching thread
One episode of UK season 2 broadcast so far but the first three are all on iPlayer
No psychics allowed
EDIT: please use spoiler tags for non-UK series UK series are fair game once they’ve aired

First ep was good, and good mix of Traitors. Although the young kid was clearly shitting himself. Seems to have carried on the same vibe as the first which is good. Hopefully the round tables turn into carnage and the Traitors can turn them against eachother.

A couple of the contestants had me worried they’d gone for Big Brother style nutters and tryhards but things mostly settled down as the episode went on.
I think the male traitors look like they’ll get cocky and give themselves away. The woman needs to stop pulling such a worried face every time anyone says the T-word near her too.

I think I love Diane already - she already sussed out the young kid, plus she hates hugs with randomers.
New to the series and I've only seen the first episode - looking forward to watching more tonight!

I hope they haven’t recruited that woman in the glasses and camo coat.
The ones who ran for the medals in the first challenge are just screaming “banish me”

Caught up on the 3, its captured the magic of the 1st season definitely. The round tables have been great.

We also couldn’t resist doing all 3. Absolutely tremendous stuff. EP3 What a roundtable. Brian’s complete breakdown was really something. I honestly thought he was going to walk out.
Diane & son is a lovely twist. Especially since everyone dismissed it after Zack got it wrong.
I thought Paul was going to overplay his hand because of how cocky he is in the talking head sections but he’s obviously got the balance right in the game. Jonny really reminds me of someone but I can’t quite put my finger on it. I almost want to say Frank Turner but a tiny bit Luke from Oxtra but then thats just he seems a bit posh.

Thanks for putting spoiler tags on Ep 3 - going to watch it tonight, I'm hooked!
Paul's playing a great game - he seems so likable, nobody suspects him. Diane let me down a bit voting Anthony - I think she's just pissed off he was rude to her, not that he's an actual traitor.
Zack really reminds me of someone from a film or TV show and it's doing my head in - can't place him.

Ep3 Brian's breakdown all came about because he was named as the sheep of the group. You could see it coming a mile off, even voting Paul out of nowhere because he was so jealous he got most popular. He's made himself look like the most guilty person ever over nothing. Tremendous.

If anything being the sheep of the group or a bit quiet is exactly where you’d want to be for the first few nights.
But yeah, it immediately broke his brain as soon as the key fit the box.
I assume he’s receiving relentless sheep banter now the episode has aired and all his mates have seen it.

It’s going to be an awkward traitors meeting if Ash’s name isn’t on the last board

I’ve just had a thought There are 4 traitors, could three of them choose to murder the other one? It would be one hell of a way to cause trouble. The fact a traitor is out of the game wouldn’t be revealed to everyone at breakfast, so they’d still fret over not having got a traitor yet.

I think its gotta be a team effort. Of course they could always go the route of other reality shows and give individual missions which might set that up.

They don't have to split them that way, they throw eachother under the bus on their own, as shown with that round table. Miles is already worried he wasn't on the same page.
Don't forget the first season he nearly got away with it going lone wolf until a bit of cheating from the evicted traitor in the final ep

Yeah that parting gift was dramatic telly but did fuck the game.
I’m all for shenanigans but for the show to work means everyone has to buy into it.
I do wonder what the producers would do if say, Ash got on the stand and called the other two out. Would they bin the whole shoot or throw them all out and bring in substitutes and appoint new Traitors?

Think they've stressed the rules about it. Davina has said it a few times.

I’m guessing outside the game Endemol or whoever it is would have their lawyers absolutely fuck you too.

It’s a bit wrong that Ash has to stand in that hole. You’d think they’d level the floor up.

He’s definitely going to overplay his hand and I really thought it might go that way. I would have loved to see the reaction if Meg had been banished and the two Traitors had to enter breakfast without being able to murder Next series there’s going to be the quadruple bluff of putting no traitors on death row /in a dungeon and seeing everyone’s brains break as they try to decipher whether there’s really only faithful on notice or that’s just what the traitors want you to think.

Crap place to leave the episode, but I wonder if there’ll be a parting shot from the banished, or if I’m just living in hope.

I hope there's not as that's cheating and spoils it. Take it on the chin and go.

You could do it in an enigmatic way. Leave them a clue to decipher

Or just leave, you got played. Fair play by the other Traitors.

Yeah Ash was on Traitors extra slice which she probably wouldn't have been if she knackered the show. She was also fairly accepting that she got outmaneuvered and should have been more ruthless.
